About A Bridge To Change

Dear Community Business Owner:

A Bridge to Change Inc., a non-profit organization that is dedicated to changing the lives of people who are seeking to take the next step towards a better fulfilled life, is holding their Annual Golf Tournament on September 20, 2019. We are counting on your support, again this year, to reach our goal of $20,000.

Over the past three years, A Bridge to Change, Inc., has raised over $70,000 and has awarded an all-terrain wheelchair to a veteran who has sustained permanent injuries, losing multiple limbs, and who sacrificed their life and was committed to protecting our country. The chair allowed a veteran who was a double, triple or quadruple amputee or immobile reclaim their outdoor activity independence by being able to access almost any path, independently, without assistance. It allowed them to get back to activities of the past, such as fishing, hunting, strolling along the beach, and enjoying the beauty of the outdoors once again. This was a very small token of our appreciation compared to the sacrifice they made for our country.


We are dedicated to, again, help out one veteran. All contributions are tax deductible. The success of this tournament depends solely on the participation, support, and contributions of everyone. We hope we can count on you.

Price of registration Includes: 18 Holes of golf with cart, Tee Prizes, range balls, complimentary souvenir, bag lunch and on-course beverages (water, soft drinks, beer). Awards will be given for 1st & 2nd place, Closest-to-the-Pin, and Putting Contests and Honesty award. Also, team photos, dinner buffet, many great raffle items and the Sacramento King's Dancers will be present for autography’s and pictures.

Manteca Park is a public course with a country club feel. Built in 1966 as a 9 hole course by Jack Fleming, it was redesigned in the late 80's to an 18 hole course that is walkable and enjoyable, yet challenging. Boasting excellent drainage and course conditions, Manteca Park is best known for its outstanding customer service. A family environment in the heart of the Central Valley offering the best value!
